Episode: don't feel like it
Friday, March 13, 2009

Got up at 9.30am. Suppose to have work at 9am, but Gabriel let me off in the morning to go to Acer building to send my laptop for repair. That is exactly what I did in the morning right after I woke up.

At Acer, I just queued up and straight away I got service. The guy take one look at my laptop which switches on but seems to have no display, said that he would have to open up my laptop and check what is wrong. It all ended at 10.30am. I went to Ang Mo Kio for lunch at McDonald's. Only after that I made my way to Al-Istiqamah mosque.

After that prayers, went to Gabriel's house. We went to the site to take a look at the developments and also take about business. The house looks a little bit nicer now.

Got to Wendy's house to do more work, but somehow, I am not in the mood. When it was 6pm, I felt that I wanted to go, but there are some other work still needed to be done. Only at 7.30pm, I was released.

I went straight to City Hall. I wanted to take a look at the SP school of design gradshow. At City Hall itself the first person I met was Shah. It was awesome to meet him. He got tickets to Oasis. Well, that is way cool, but too bad I am not a Oasis fan. As I walked down further, met Rui Hon and Carolyn. They were from the gradshow. If they had contacted me, I would not have gone there alone. Maybe I should have contacted them..hmm. Anyways, I missed them lots! Hope to see them soon.

This was the entrance to the gradshow called Birth. There were lots of people as at the same time there was an IT show going on.

The place was filled with great works. Lots of them, I recognise so it was nice to see my seniors.

There is even two panels for my course even though my course have not have any graduating students yet. Well, it puts there, coming soon.

Looking at their portfolio and stuff, I feel that much more motivated to do a better job then them.

I mean, the works there are awesome! I particularly like the creative media design side, as they have fantastic prints. Look at this one. A portfolio in a form of a newspaper. Hands down, its THE best.

At around 10pm, I headed home. Spoke to my dad about getting a Macbook, and probably, I am getting a new one. Either at SP or the IT fair tomorrow.
