Got up around 12+ today. I was planning to go Peace Center to print the name cards for my aunt, so at 1+ I got out of the house. Made my way there by taking the train. Met Bah while taking the train. He was with his cousin and a friend. One of his friend got back from the soccer intercons. He told me that CLS lost 5-1. Alighted at Outram and then took NEL. This was something new that I saw. It was like a guideline, as most people just ignored it.  I was on the way to Peace Center when I saw someone carrying a NAFA bag. Then I thought about the open house there. With that, I suddenly realise that Chanel wanted to go to NAFA, so I called her to ask where she was. Coincidentally, she was around there. So, I met up with her and her friend and went to Laselle first. The black building. From outside it looks nice.   The students there was redecorating the walls. It looks damn nice. The inside of the building was even nicer. There was even carpeted grass in the building. Awesome! The artworks there were all great. I felt like I was in a museum. With people who appreciates art. I did visit the product design department. Their sketches and drawing were all top class, but when I see their products, it was just like any other. Well, the quality of the models are really great, but it the design element is not there, it is just another nice looking object. Met Adli there. It was good to see him there, it shows that someone in my course is really interested in knowing about it all. Next, we visited NAFA.  We came there, registered for the mailing list and then left. I came back to see their art works. Some of which are really interesting. Only a few doing graffity. Then I head down to Peace Center to get the name card printing done. After which, I went home. Got home at 5+, then my mom asked me out to meet the rest of my cousins to have dinner together. At 7.50pm, we got out of the house. Where did we go? Well, we were lost at the first place, but then we got there. We went to Choa Chu Kang Park. There was a seafood restaurant there, so that is where we had our dinner.  All of my cousins were there. It was actually to celebrate my grandma, my cousin and my birthday. We had such a huge feast.   I do not know why my cousins did not finish up the food, but it was alright. I tried to finish the rest of it. But, my drink was finishing, so after a while, I stopped eating. Took pictures with my grandma. I always do every year.  This was the awesome chocolate cake we all had.  Had the company, the feast, the cake and now time to reveal my birthday present. This was from my parents, my brother and sister. A camera! Now, I can take good product pictures with it. Thank you mom, dad, bro and sister! Reached home ar around 11+. I am now reading the manual. Aidie blogged @ 8:43 AM |
