15th December 2008. The third day of our holiday in KL. It was called the free-and-easy day as my parents let us go out to enjoy the day without them. So, early in the morning, we got out and head out to KLCC yet again. We wanted to get tickets up to the Petronas towers, but it was closed on Mondays. So, we got out in search of breakfast. Went there, but since it was early(7am), most of the shops there have not opened yet. So, we walked to this place near KLCC.

That is when we had Subway for our breakfast. In Singapore, the Subway branches are not Halal, but in Malaysia(a country filled with Muslims) it is. So, we were dying to try it out.

Ok, this is new to me, so firstly, we choose the main thing to put in our bread(Sub). I chose some Italian spicy thing, I am not sure myself. Then, we choose our bread.

Next, our toppings.

Then, the sauces.

And finally, before getting out Sub, we could choose if we wanted it to come as a meal.

Food was on our table, and it was time to capture the moment.

The meal was very satisfying. Again, if Subway in Singapore were to be made halal, I would go here often. The picture below was the highlight of the whole trip in KL. We left our brother to sit outside as the air conditioned was very cold, as we were walking out, my brother was finishing up his food, so I took this photo of him. Anyways, our trip in KL was mostly about food. We ate a lot. Read on to find out what else that we ate there.

We then, got back to KLCC to search for toy stores as my brother wanted to extend his collection. On the way towards the toy stores, I saw this. This was Malaysia's national soccer team kit.

The advertisment looks even better.

It was around 10am, the mall was still empty.

While waiting for the shops to open, we sat down at Coffee Bean and chilled. Soon, the shops opened and we entered this toy shop. But it was dissapointing, as the toys there are for babies.

Then, we went to Avenue K, which was just next to KLCC. When I came here, there was a toy'r'us here, but now it seems that the whole place was shut down and only few shops are left. The whole place was like a ghost town.

It was dusty too.

These were the walkways in the mall itself. I told you that it was like a ghost town.

Soon, my battery went dead. I could not take pictures when we took the train to get to our next mall destination. We went to Berjaya Time Square. Still in search of toys. It was my brother's idea. He would not stop until he finds a decent toy. After a while, we felt like going back to the hotel as our legs are killing us. Before that, we got to Cold Storage and bought ourselves lots and lots of Sushi.
Got back to the hotel and while we chill, we munched on some Sushi.(eat again) We spent the time in the hotel to recharge ourselves and I recharged my hand phone for our night shopping.
At night, we got to KLCC again! I took this photo. I find it awesome!

When we were there, we had our dinner(eat again). This time we went to Manhattan Fish Market. It was simmilar to Fish and Co. but I think Fish and Co. is better in a way.

Waited for our seats.

Ordered our food.

And when the food comes, it was munchy munchy time.

Well, we had this after our meal. It was a brownie, I guess. I do not really know, as it did not taste good.

After dinner, we walked around and bought Donuts before purchasing movie tickets. We purchased a Malaysian comedy movie called Los dan Faun. We took the midnight slot.

So, while waiting, we ate our Donuts(eat again). I think I am getting fat.

OK, this was random. Borrowed my brother's mesh cap and made myself look like a Matrep. People do not mind, as I am in Malaysia.

The, we watched the movie. It was very funny. I do recommend you guys to watch. I would rate the movie 4/5 stars.
As we watched the midnight movie, we got out of the movie theater at around 1.30am.

The streets of KL were silent.

We slept at around this time. Just imagine, waking up at 6am, walking to and fro KLCC, eating lots and lots and getting back in the morning. It left us tired.
