Episode: let it all out

Today is the presentation day of the URA City Gallery assignment. I woke up early, met my gal and made our way to school. I got to the studio at 8am, then chilled there. I brought my bag along, but it only carries my PSP and file. So, I got to school, sat down and played games on my PSP before my presentation.

It was soon my turn. It was at 12noon. Before this, we observed our classmates doing their presentation.

Some of the models really have lights in them. That is cool!

When our turn was next, we laid out our scenography roll,

and our model.

Truthfully, I feel that our group's idea was the best. But it seems that out presentation was not that good, so I don't think that the idea reach to the judges.

Anyways, by the time we finish presenting, I rushed down to the mosque for prayers. This time I went to the Clementi Mosque. On the way there, I saw this cool advertisement. Even though it was behind me, it is able to capture my attention. It is actually an advertisement about glue sniffing.

Here is a closer look. The message is written down on a piece of foolscap paper. It was really nice.

Then after prayers, I got back to studio and then settled the payment for this assignment. In total, we spend around $125.

We planned to go catch a movie, but some of us had GEMs, so while we wait, Shah switched on Harold and Kumar on the projection screen. Our lecturer was walking past and I am not sure if he saw the suppose-to-be censored parts.

Ivan and Carolyn was suppose to come along, but in the end Ivan do not feel like going and Carolyn is wearing high heels and did not bring extra shoe. Aww, man!

At around 3pm, we left to go to Marina Square. There were Kok kit, Wei Lun, Shah, Leepeng, Wee Tyng, Cindy, Saf, Wenzhen and myself.

Took the train there.

At City Link.


Came across a lot of new shops at Marina Square. This is one of them.


At that time, there were this Sesame street thing. Cindy was attracted to the Elmo's there.

Found this interesting. Everything here is actually a notebook. Yes, everything.

You can see that it is double A paper.

We bought the tickets first. Bought the 6.20pm time slot.

Since we were still early, we go to the Flyer to eat.

Caught a Bently Taxi on the road.

See this? Well it is another version of the glue sniffing advertisement.

Everyone was looking at it.

In the end, we arrived at the place.

Entered Popeyes restaurant.

Then ordered our food.

Had such a filling meal. I actually help them finish the food, that's why. Hehe..

The best part to me was the mashed potato.

Then we go back to Marina Square to go catch the movie. Saf had to go, as she would be watching the Mr and Mrs SP. Anyways, the movie we saw was Madagascar2. It was such a funny movie. I really liked it! I would give this movie a rating of 4/5 stars.

After the movie, we took a lot of photos of ourselves. I told them that I was to pick up my gal at Changi at 10pm, since it was 8pm when it ended we only made a move at 9pm.

At 9pm, we walked around the Marina Square Mall.

Only at 9.30pm, we all headed home, while I head down to Changi. I reached there at around 9.45pm or so.

I just walked around until, my gal ended her work.

I was here. Looking at the water ripples and enjoying a visual experience.

Soon, my gal came. She told me that her parents were picking her up from work. But in the end, she told her parents not to, and then went home with me. I was really sleepy when we were on the train home. I put my head on her shoulders and had some shut eyes. Soon, we arrived at out stop. I reached home at around 11.45pm. I was really sleepy, my eyes are half closed as I am blogging here. I think, I should go sleep now. Bye.
