Episode: when everything comes together

Got up early for school. There was only IDT(Interactive Design Technology) in the morning from 8am to 10am. After that, I was back to collecting works from my classmates. I got V-ray rendering from John. Thanks John! Well actually thanks Rui Hon for introducing it to us and teach me how to use it. The rendering really looks great!

Then, I printed my work and collected the rest from my classmates. By then, it was 11.30am. We had to go off for a meeting. We took the cab, as we would be late if we took the bus there.

The place was at Depot road. Apparently, it was quite near to Glenn's house. We soon gathered at Botak Jones.

This was my first time visiting Botak Jones. I always wondered why all of their locations are at coffee shops and kopitiams.

We then took our seats.

Of course I did not order anything from the stall. It was not Halal certified. However, Ivan did. I had Mee Rebus, from another stall. I tasted exactly as it would. It has been quite some time since I had my last Mee Rebus, so it was great.


After the meeting, we got back to the studio, taking a cab. I wanted to discuss with my group members, but so far, we have not done so. We really need to get started with our assignments. Only a few days left till it is time to do "Aidieation". Before going for the meeting, I left my thumb drive with Saf and the rest of the need-to-be submissions. Then, I took it back from Paul who Saf passed it to before going off. Thanks Saf and Paul! Now, since I have my thumb drive and the other submissions, I went searching for my lecturer for submission.

The lecturer was giving a lecture to the year 1. So, I waited until the class ends. As I wait, one of the year 1 from a different class let me try this out. It was a limited edition Tic Tac. Well, I am not sure of limited edition, but I never seen it before.

Right after submitting the works, I grabbed my stuff and went home. On the way home, I noticed a guy entering this lift. This lift is located at T10. He was pressing the close button, but it did not respond. Well, actually it needs to be repaired. Actually, this lift was spoiled when I took it. No, not because of me, but I do not know why. Actually on that day I was just taking the lift up, and then suddenly it stopped and opened its doors on the first level. One of the guy taking the lift with me pressed the close button, but when it starts to close, it opened again. The guy tried a few times, but in the end everyone left and took the stairs instead.

The fuss about giving the empty seat to someone who needs it more in the MRT, got everyone in the same cabin as me staring at an Indian lady. Well, at Clementi when a person left the seat, there were two people eying on it. One Indian lady and this Chinese lady. The Indian lady was much much older. While the Chinese lady was quite young. In the end, the Chinese lady got the seat. She was listening to some music and reading the book on learning about the Korean language. Then, the Indian lady raised her voice and started complaining about how thoughtless the Chinese lady was. The Chinese lady carried on listening to her music and kept her eyes on the book that she was reading, not even peeking at the Indian lady. I was not sure what the Indian lady complaining about, as I was listening to my own music. But it had almost everybody in the crowded cabin looking at the two ladies.

In the end, the Indian lady got a seat, but still seemed to be complaining about the situation.

Well, I got home, put my bag down and watched Heroes. Man, it was such an awesome episode! Then, at night I continued doing my work. I finished my watering can design and I rendered it in V-ray as well as Hypershot. I prefer the V-ray one. This is in V-ray.While this is in Hypershot.

I am still learning how to use these plug-ins. Well, it really gives a photo-realistic look to the products that I model.
