Today, I started doing my 30 pictures layout. It took me 9 hours to complete, as I have not even started doing it. I started doing it at 9.30pm yesterday and finished at 6.30am today. At that time, I was online and I saw a few of my classmates staying up with me. Anyways, I slept after that.
Was planning to reach Peace Center to print out my 30 pictures at 10am, but I woke up at around 10.30. So, I got up and get ready to go out. I reach Dhobby Ghaut MRT at around 11+, made my way towards Peace Center. I do not know why, the construction site there seem to be taking forever. Every time I walk there, there would always be construction, and I was not sure what they are building.

When I walk further in, I saw this striking red restaurant. I wondered what it was. When I looked up to see the name of the restaurant, it was Mad Jack. Woohoo! My favourite restaurant is located here. Awesome! I still could not believe that it is located here as well. The layout of the restaurant looks very different than the one at Bukit Timah. At that time, there weren't any customers, I thought it was still under renovation, so I head forward towards Peace Center.

Reach the place after spending some time walking.

I was there at 12noon. Then I asked the person there to print out and glue bind my work. He said one A4 page cost 80cents. He would be printing mine using A4 paper, but the print size is A5. Since I had 31 pages(not including the cover page front and back) it cost $24.80, the glue binding costs $7. A total of $31.80, after adding the cover pages, the total cost is $35. This was the shop that most DXPD( Diploma in Experience and Product Design) trusts to print their things.

While I was waiting for my work to be printed, John came, soon Shi Hui and Eunice. After a while, Choloe, Rui Hon, Si Ying, Paul and Zhai Wei came. This really feels that a class is commencing at Peace Centre. Actually I was expecting them to come here and print their stuff, as tomorrow the shop will be closed, and Monday is the final submission deadlines. Seeing that most of my classmates are rushing to do their work, it is just a matter of time that we would gather here.

I was the first to print my work, but only at 1.30, the printing and glue binding was done, in the end producing my book. That was an hour and 30minutes wait. Its ok, I have the whole day anyways. Some yet to do their work in the studio after this, so hopefully they can finish on time and I would like to see their presentations. This book is called wonder. It is full of mundane pictures that could help bring new ideas. I did not consult my lecturer at all on this book, so I expect a lot of comments from him..hehe. But from what I know, I did this book, I choose the pictures and described it to a point that it really can make myself wonder, if not hopefully it will to anybody reading this book I made.

It was raining when I walked out of Peace Center and I was hungry. So, I took a turn to Mad Jack to chill and to feast.

Got there, I took the menu and looked at what is available. From what I saw, the cost of the food is slightly higher than the one at Bukit Timah. But it does not prevent me from eating there. I do deserve some pampering food after all the work that I had done these past few weeks. It did not matter to me if I was eating there alone.

The layout really looks much better here compared to the other two Mad Jack restaurants.

Anyways, I ordered ice milo and grilled chicken with creme sauce.

I usually munch down my food quickly, but at Mad Jack, I would take my time enjoying the rich flavours of the food. It was such an experience to be dining there every time, whether alone or not.
After that, I made my way home. On the way towards the MRT, I walked past The Cathay to take a look at what good movies are available. At the time being, there is none. But The Clone Wars seems to be a good one, maybe I'll go watch it soon.
Got home at around 3, then an hour later, I payed back my sleep. At night, I woke up and found out that all my work is done. All that is left to do is to prepare for this Monday for the presentation and submissions, and then I can ENJOY!! Wooohoo, yeah!
