Episode: picnic on a rainy day

Went down to buy Chicken Murtabak at around 11. My classmates planned to have a picnic at Botanic Garden, so I had to bring something. The problem was, it was raining. How can you have picnic when it is raining? Ahh, that will be revealed later.

Met them at Dhoby Gahut at 12. Then, they went to grab some food and drinks. Over there, the Duracell bunny was walking around to promote its product. I feel like giving the bunny a piece of my mind. Manage to take a picture of it, from a far.

They bought chips, drinks, and mostly snacks. Soon, we waited outside for the rest to come. Without us noticing, they were already inside. Next, we made out way to Vivo City. Since it was still raining, they planned to go to Sentosa for the picnic. To me personally, it is a waste of $3 entry just for a picnic on a rainy day over there. So, we wait. As we wait, we walked outside the Sentosa Express station. There was this PaTH thingy. I was not quite sure what the acronyms means, but I would have to admit, there are quite cool hand-made stuff on for sale. Most of the time, we looked at the magician's performance over there.

Back to the question. How can you have picnic when it is raining? Ahh, we are not called experience designers for nothing. With our intellect, we created a way to have an enjoyable time even when it is raining.( We just went to the Vivo theater to get shelter. Suddenly finding it a great place to have a picnic.) We got up to the back and set up the tart.

We took out what we brought and place it in an orderly manner.

My stomach was tempting me to eat, but there are still two more people that have not arrive yet. To hack with them..hehe. First, we started to taste the food. Then, gradually we munch on it like there is no tomorrow. ( Well I did) The two of them arrived soon after.

We did more eating.


And chatting. (While eating) Soon, it was time for the cake. Yup, we were going to celebrate Eunice's Birthday. First, Carolyn took her to the washroom. It made time for us to set up the cake. Then, when she came back, we pretend that it was Dennis birthday. When we sang the traditional birthday song, it was dedicated to Eunice. She was quite surprised. I manage to capture the moment. She was pointing to Dennis, and thought that is was really Dennis birthday.

Then, it is the usual photo taking and cake cutting time.

After that, we played Taitee. I manage to lose five time. Ya, and hopefully they forget about the whole "if five times lose must do forfeit" thing. The cake was left like this after being attacked by us.

Soon, it was time for me to go. They went off wondering around Vivo, while I have a movie to catch with my family at 9.

I got home at 6. Then went out with my family to West Mall for the movie. We were there early, and as I walk towards the theater, many new and awesome movies coming up. There was High School Musical 3: Senior years, Hulk, and this movie starring Will Smith as the main actor, I forgot what the title was, but when I saw the trailer, it is going to be awesome.

Speaking of awesome. The awesome movie the my whole family watched there and then was Kung Fu Panda. My eyes, even though I was kinda sleepy, was glued to the movie from start till the end and the credits too. It was total awesomeness!

I personally would give this movie a rating of a perfect 10. You do not want to miss this movie. Its awesomeness itself would make you change your mindset about animated movies like these. I do not want to give out much, you would have to watch it, and experience the awesomeness..hehe.
