Episode: Aidie's in the idea
Sunday, June 1, 2008

Got a message from my lecturer yesterday. He suggest us to go Clarke Quay, the Central for a gradshow by NUS industrial designer graduates. Since I had nothing else to do today, I went there at around 2+.

The exhibition is called id's in the idea.

The exhibition was awesome. Took a look at all the works of the NUS graduates there, and I was amazed at their modeling skills, some of their marker rendering skills and the way presented their products was great. I learned quite a few things there. With the things I see there, I feel that I was given the urge to do better, so that I could one day join National University of Singapore and get a higher education in industrial design. It would be my dream to design the world the way is should be. These are some pictures I took when I was there.

I saw a stack of books near where the exhibition started. I took a look for a while, and it was a design book that contains all the works of the graduates. I had to get one. It costs 16bucks each. So, I called up my dad and asks weather I could get one. He said ok. I was very happy to have purchased it. It would be good for reference.

Before I go home, I took pictures of the exhibition from the top and went around the place. Saw the people there, they were sketching. It was cool. I would like to do so someday.

I realise that I was there for an hour or so. I went home, and got home at 5. Well, that would be my day today. It was not that exciting, but I liked it.
