Episode: two different parts of the day

This happened yesterday. I didn't get the time to blog that night. Anyways, as usual I went to school without breakfast. I was kind of late for my presentation, but since I rushed to my studio for the presentation, I was on time. It started at 8. It feels just like having a real client when the person came to listen to our presentation. But when it was my turn, the person had to go off. Anyways, I presented my product quite well I thought.

It was a corporate gift, that compromise of the buildings of Singapore Polytechnics and when stacked up on top of each other with the help of the instructions, it becomes a shape of the number one. As Singapore Polytechnic is the first thing on people's mind when people asks about polytechnics in Singapore.

After the presentation, many went for lunch. It was 12.30, but at 1 the officials would come and take a look and need a representative to explain a little bit about our creations, so I wait instead of going for lunch.

After that, my lecturer need the picture of each and every product that the whole class has made. So, I took the time to take those pictures and quickly send it to my lecturer. When I am done with that, I got a slight headache. All the way to my next class, my headache got worst. In that class, most of the time I got my head down. The teacher thought that I was going to sleep, as the whole class were trying to stay awake in her class. I was trying to fight off my headache and also my empty stomach.

At the end of the lesson, I was half dead. Well, I felt that way. In that class, I lay on the table crumpled up holding my stomach. It was one of my classmates out of a few that stayed with me to go get me plain water to drink. I still feel giddy and stomach full of air and water. Felt like throwing up and much worse when I entered the cafe in school. The air was clogged up with bakery and mushroom smell. I quickly find a seat outside. My classmate, my bro and my pal, Ivan bought my another plain water and two pies for me to eat. Unfortunately, I took a bite on the mushroom one. It left me with mushroom breath. I felt much better after a while but only slightly. I only took 4 bites on one of the pie. I messaged my gal to go home 1st, as I was sick and need time to recover for a while. After feeling much better, I called her up to meet at Dover. When I got up, and noticed most of my classmates around me, giving me support. They escorted my all the way to Dover and that is where I met up with my gal.

Thanks you guys! Thanks for supporting me. You guys are the best. I can never thank you guys, especially Ivan and John, enough. With my gal, she saw me sick and unwell, she told me not to follow along with her family if I am still. All the way home with my gal, even though I was giddy, I stayed strong and didn't show it to her. Well, I went home, bathed, rested a while and before going out, I ate something.

To me, it was a big deal to stay healthy and go out with my gal's family for the 1st time, to see Anugerah Band as I want to get to know about her family. At the same time, get some trust from her family whenever she is going out with me.

At 6+ reached her block, after a while, she came with her parents. We took her dad's lorry towards Mediacorp to support Edmushyta. It has been a while since I ride a lorry, it was fun.


Reached there, saw Reno from By Definition. It was great to see him there. Well, we queued up at the gate and the wait was very long, so was the queue. It was suppose to open at 7.15 but it opened at around almost 8. Saw Yusra in the queue with her friends. She was wearing her nurse uniform still. My sister was also there to see Anugerah Band. Both of them support Virus Cinta. Got in the theater, I sat in between my gal and her 2nd brother. The anugerah band started soon after.

It was results for the top 20, they picked only 12. When Edmushyta got through, I just clapped and shouted abit, but my gal shouted quite loudly. I actually wanted to do the same, but I was not feeling quite well..hehe.

After that, we all waited for my gal's 1st brother. He was the one who invited me, he is the bass guitarist for Edmushyta. When he arrived, we went off to Adam road to have dinner.

It has been quite sometime since I last went there to eat with my family. This time, I get to have dinner with her family there, and I almost did not recognize the place as it had a new coat of paint. It was great having dinner with them. Some of the bands from Anugerah Band had dinner there too. It feels like one big family to me. Went home after that. Reached home at around midnight. Bathed and then went to sleep.

Completely two different halves of the day. In the morning, I was very sick and wished to take a rest from all my work. In the afternoon and night, I was very happy and felt much better than I was. I had a great time.
