Episode: just wait and see

First things first, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!! HAHA..woo yea! Beating Chelsea at the Champions League final on penalties.

The match was dramatic. Thought John Terry( Chelsea captain) won it when he sends United goalkeeper the wrong way during penalties, but he missed. That really cost them the title. Chelsea's shots hitting the post twice during play and Drogba sent off. It was heart-stopping.

It was worth it staying up until the United lifted the trophy. Well, I slept after that. School starts at 9 today. I woke up at 10.15. Got to school at around 11. Just stepped into the class and sat down. Soon the teacher realise that I came late. This was him.

He called me up and askes, what have I learnt so far. I say truthfully about the things that he showed me. He stops me and said, "No, you learn to waste your parents money by coming late". That ticks me. But I stayed cool because it was my 1st time being later this year, and I am that punctual guy. He kept saying sarcastically, that I was not there to study. F**k him. He can't judge me just like that. He thought I am that type of person who takes education for granted and those who comes to class whenever feel like it. I felt like saying,"Do you know who I am?". He was lucky that I did not turn green and make him take back what he said.

Anyways, after that I went to the studio, even though his words kept playing in my mind. It was noon then. Edwin (our lecturer involved in the raft race) came and told us to carry the raft to the swimming pool. We settled the raft somewhere, and it starts to rain.

We then had to maneuver it through the crowd to get our way to the swimming pool. The raft was very bulky. Glenn was looked liked he went for a swim carrying the raft for long distances.

Finally, we reach to the swimming pool. People kept looking at us and the raft all the way there. The first thing we did was to take a short break. Then, we test the wheels to see weather is could float. And it did.

After which, we went to KFC to grab something to eat. I spent around 6 bucks on the new fish Zinger and iced milo. Thought that it would taste great, but it was disappointing. Very disappointing. It had that fish taste, but was not even hot and it costly for just the burger itself.

As we munch away, we set our raft at the swimming pool which was very visible from where we are, we saw other contestants from other schools placing their raft somewhere near to ours. One by one came and did the same. Some of the rafts does not look complete, while some are nice. But to me, ours is still the best. Soon, the media came. Pictures of the team was taken together with the raft. We had to change to our overalls.

We tested our raft in water, and guess what, it floats very well with the wheels on. I was the one testing it, with my classmates. At the same time, we try to practice our paddling. During that time, I sang 'dayung sampan', took my paddle and make it like I am strumming the guitar, and even offered people to hitch a ride with me. Ya, I went nuts. Had an interview after that. Then, after everything, we had to carry back the raft. It was very tiring, and left my arms feeling like jelly and aches on my body. Wished my gal would give me a massage..hehe.

I wore the overalls for the whole day, until it was time to go home. I consulted my lecturer first before going home with Ivan, since my gal finish her class late today. Can't wait for the actual day, I guess we will just have to wait and see.
