I suggested to my parents that we go visit Marina Barrage today. At around 2+, we went out, but it was drizzling. My dad drove us there.

It was our first time going there. So, we were curious to see what is there. When we arrive, I see that the place is still under some construction.

There were huge tour groups there. Marina Barrage was officially opened somewhere early November. How did I get to know about the place? Well, I was watching Suria's one family(a race show) and Marina Barrage was their pit stop. From there, my curiosity grew and I went searching on the internet about the place and how to go there. Actually, you could take the MRT, stop at Marina Bay station and take its shuttle bus service.

The place looks nice.

We first stopped and sat on one of the pier's on the bridge.

Why the Barrage's G is in a shape of number 9? I guess it is Singapore's 9th reservoir.

This is the huge hydraulics that would be opening and closing the barrage.

There is even an exhibition there, but we did not go in. It is free admission by the way.

The most awesome part of the place was this to me. The huge grass-patched spiral walkway to the rooftop. Look! It is so awesome.

This is still under construction.

There is even a water play ground there. Looks fun.

This is the rooftop. Looks just like a huge field. Well, people come here to fly kite and some to have a picnic.

The view was spectacular. Over looking the city. I wonder how beautiful it would be at night with all the lights on.

Then, we took the elevator down.

The view is just awesome!

Well, these are some of the things you can find there. So, do visit the place with someone special. It would be a great place to chill. Just the two of you.

Then, my dad brought us to east coast park.

He was there to bathe. He use the waves there to do something like physiotherapy to his leg. Well, I just sat there with my mom, doing some sketching.

Before going home, we went to beach road, to take away some sup tulang.

Got home, had our dinner then I told my parents about my cousins asking me out to play soccer at Fico. I showed my dad the map of the place and soon, he drove me there and my mom come along.

Reached there at around 8.

The place is located somewhere at Jurong West. It is an artificial field to play soccer.

The rest of my cousins came late. My parents were there to see us play. It was fun. I never had this much fun other than going out with my gal.

Oh man..I badly want to go out with her. But looking at the situation, it seems impossible..haiz! Tomorrow, is a Sunday and Sundays are family day, and I will be having soccer at school as well. Well, her birthday is this coming Monday, but on the Monday itself is Hari Raya Haji, so it is considered a family day and I am not officially part of her family. On Tuesday until Thurday, I think Ivan will be needing me to do our assignment. Friday, Ivan will be having his Muay Thai camp, so I am free on that day, hopefull my gal would be free on that day too, because on Saturday until Wednesday, I will be out on holiday with my family in KL. After that, it is back to work work and more work!
Please give me time with her. I'm begging you.
