I woke up late today. I am still feeling tired from yesterday. I got to school at around 9+ I guess. By that time, the briefing for today had already started. The briefing was to come up with a figure form the A4 paper that they will be given. They can twist and turn the paper and make one major cut to produce their creation.

Soon, they were busy doing their work.

Then, they had to display it in one straight row. The motive was to understand the capability and restrictions of a certain material, in this case a paper.

They all took a look at each other's work and voted on their favourites. All of their works looks very nice. It really looks very interesting. So, for the next exercise, I joined along. But this time, we were given to make two major cuts.

I created mine. I did two major cuts and rolled it into position and made it stand. Take a look. It will remind you of something..hehe.

I even displayed it along side their works. They really took notice of it. It did in a way put smiles on their faces.

Then, at around 12, right after we went down to the workshop to make ideas into reality, we went for lunch. Again, I just sat and stared at them.

Back at the workshop at around 1, some of them did a survey on this workshop

At the same time, the rest of the class did up their designs.

Ivan was doing his Muji product there too, and from the looks of it, I guess that it is going to be great. The surfaces were smooth, but still needs some sanding. But, when held, it feels that the layers of the acrylic were separating. Soon, Ivan went on pasting it back together.

After sometime doing their design, I could see that they were playing around with the blue foam available. They were cutting it into many pieces and even trying to see what would happen to it if constant force was put to the form from two sides.
It seemed that they are having fun. Then after cleaning up the workshop, we went up to the studio to complete the minor things in the design. I was so sleepy that even when sitting down I fell asleep. When I woke up there was this thing dropping from my head. Somebody must have put it there when I was asleep.
Soon, it was time to go home.

On the way home, I had to walk past the administrative building. There, I walked past some famous faces from Mediacorp. They were Jade Seah, Max and my favourite Fiona Xie. Wonder what they all were doing in SP.
Got to Moberly, and there was this performance. It was quite entertaining. Since, around this time is the SP's open house, there were quite a few secondary school students. This open house only caters to secondary school students, something like a visit.

Then, I headed home. Before I went home, I went to the bazaar near my house to buy some food for break fast later. Tomorrow would be the last day of the workshop, after that, I can have my beauty sleep.
