Episode: typical day
Thursday, July 3, 2008

Well, my class starts at 9, but sent my gal to school today at 8. Then when I reach my studio, I just sat there and waited for the class to start. Soon it was 9, and the class started. Today we had to go to the workshop to learn how to use the CNC machine.

It took quite a long time to do the set-up. By the time the CNC start cutting the at the right position, the class was almost over. Only a few of us had to be in the workshop at one time, so since we were the 1st group, we had more to learn. The rest just sat in studio, doing their own things.

We had 2 hours of break time. Went down to food court 5 with Ivan and bought some food from Bang Deli. After that, we waited for the next class to start. It took quite some time for the lecturer to come. When he did, and asked the class to move towards the white screen, everybody was like having a few minutes late reaction. Most of us were moving like zombies on wheelchairs. As we knew what to expect from his lecture.

This was the view from the front:

I took a picture over my shoulder and this was the situation:

I do agree to a certain extent that the lecture was dull, but as a show of respect to the lecturer who spends time to come up with the slides and teaching the class, I paid attention.

Thought at times this happens:

I took photos using my laptop webcam. But that was when the lecturer is not doing anything(probably setting up some things). There was this presentation that happens every week after each lesson. The people giving out the presentation were Saf and Cindy, and Sandy and Ayu.

When both groups present, the class were still not paying attention. It feel sorry for them. I do. My presentation with my group is going to be next week, and I do not want the same. Then again, with me in the group, I can assure that my classmates won't do the same. I hope.

Anyways, between both of the presentations, I find Sandy and Ayu's one very interesting. Too bad that most of the class was doing their own thing. Their presentation was interactive and was of my favorite topic. I just wished that I was doing Synesthesia. They are so lucky.

Before going home, I went to the BizIt library to borrow a book with the help of my group members. It was for next week's presentation. We found the book in the end and headed out. My gal was waiting just outside the library. So, right after I left the library, I went home with her.
